Catholic Education WA Ltd Whistleblower Policy
As Catholic Education Western Australia Limited (CEWA Ltd) is now an incorporated entity, they are required to comply with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), including protections in the Act that were expanded last year by the introduction of the Treasury Laws Amendment (Enhancing Whistleblower Protections) Act 2019 (Cth).
CEWA Ltd has implemented a whistleblower policy that complies with the legal requirements referred to above. The Policy applies to all members of the broad CEWA Ltd community. A link to the Policy is provided below.
